IW4X has a github with the install files and you can install the full multiplayer part of the game due to it downloading it over a server. Just cod multi-player and not to mention when I play rebirth it wont even let me. It might not be a licensed release, but this fan-led mod looks to be as close as players are likely to get to a remastered version of Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer mode.
