Also, I think that they lean more towards the (light) rock genre than pop, which can be seen in songs such as ‘Lisa Baby’ and ‘Tightrope’. Walk The Moon’s overall sound is upbeat and constantly moving – with a mix of heavy drums, synth and guitar.

While many of Walk The Moons’ songs could be seen as in the same vein as the music of Two Door, the American band are different in many ways, and in some ways do things better than Two Door. I think on their first listen, many people would just pass off Walk The Moon’s self-titled first signed album as a knock-off of Two Door Cinema Club – but there’s a lot more going on here than just that similarity.
